New Body Plan is an eight-week transformation training and nutrition programme devised by Jon Lipsey and Joe Warner. Jon used his own New Body Plan experience to transform himself from an overweight 37-year-old to a Men’s Fitness cover model. You can now select from a range of eight-week New Body Plan programmes to suit your goals and training experience. Each one has been designed to get maximum impact in a short period of time and can easily fit in to a busy and demanding life. What do I eat when I’m on New Body Plan?
We’ve created a easy-to-follow nutrition guide that you’ll use alongside your eight-week training plan. The good news is that ditching stubborn belly fat doesn’t mean you have to exist on a diet of lettuce leaves and steamed fish for eight weeks. We hate fads and restrictive diets, which is why our easy-to-follow portion-based approach to meals means you’ll never go hungry. So whenever you need a bit of extra guidance or feedback, they’re on hand to ensure that you make the progress you want and deserve.

How do I receive my New Body Pack?
You’ll receive your training plan instantly in your email inbox and the rest of your New Body Pack will be delivered to your door within 48 hours of placing your order, if you’re in the UK. If you live outside the UK it will take slightly longer, depending on where you live.

Do I need a gym membership?

What is the New Body Plan training diary?
Keeping a training diary is one of the most effective things you can do to ensure you build the body you’ve always wanted. This eight-week diary has been specifically designed to be used alongside the New Body Plan training programmes. It allows you to record your progress as well as tracking key performance indicators, helping you to stay motivated and on track for your transformation goals.

What is the “Transformation Range” of supplements?
