Keeping a training diary is one of the most effective things you can do to ensure you build the body you’ve always wanted. This eight-week diary has been specifically designed to be used alongside any of the New Body Plan training programmes. It allows you to record your progress as well as tracking key performance indicators, helping you to stay motivated and on track for your transformation goals.
How will a training diary help me?
The simple act of recording what your lifts will do more than you can imagine for your motivation and adherence, which is the key to success. It’s probably the single most powerful thing you can do to turbo-charge your results.
Will it take long to fill in?
Not at all. You fill it in during your rest periods which, in turn, will help you to stay focused. The post-session analysis is hugely beneficial and takes less than a minute to do.
