I was expecting to lose a couple of kilos but I have to say the results far exceeded my expectations. I went from 21.1% body fat to 16.3%, and I’ve toned up considerably. I am really happy with the end result. I have toned up everywhere, especially abound my belly and my abs are getting stronger. I feel more alive, more alert and the endorphins from the gym make me feel good. I am more confident and it’s amazing how I have more energy and just feel good. I feel really positive about the change and achievement and it’s motivated me to keep going. I tried an eight-week challenge some years ago, but I didn’t have the same results. I found the New Body Plan an easy to manage plan, with achievable exercises and an achievable food plan. I would highly recommend the plan to anyone who wants to get fitter, lose weight and tone up. If it can work for me it can work for anyone.
