Train for your body shape: The Mesomorph

Mesomorphs are typically naturally lean and muscular and very athletic, and have no trouble building new muscle and staying lean. I’m an Mesomorph – so, what do I do?
About You: You’ve always been quite lean, with clearly defined muscles and the look and ability of a natural athlete. You were probably star of the school sports team and can turn your hand to any physical challenge you face. In fact, until recently you’d never worried about gaining weight, and the thought of one day not being in shape had never crossed your mind. Trouble is, nothing last forever, and as you’ve got a little older you’ve noticed some of that muscle mass slip away while nothing a few extra folds around your middle.
