The real reason why online training plans fail
The problem with (almost) all online workout programmes is they’re created by PTs, influencers or athletes who don’t have to worry about real-world responsibilities so they won’t work for average guys like you and me. That’s why I’ve created NBP3 – so you can finally follow a plan you can believe in to get the results you want, says New Body Plan’s Joe Warner
How much would you pay to wake up tomorrow with the body you’ve always wanted?
£1,000? £10,000? £100,000?
Most of us would splash as much cash as we could get our hands on to instantly have a leaner, more defined and athletic body. The problem? That’s not how it works. To realise your better-body goals you need to follow a workout plan. But then comes along an even bigger problem. And it’s this: almost all training plans fail.
That’s not your fault. They don’t fail because of something you do or don’t do. No. They fail because they’ve been designed in a way that makes it absolutely impossible for you to succeed.
The problem with online plans
Let me explain. Online training plans are created by one of three specific types of men:
The 21-year-old PT
Most PTs, especially younger ones, only know what works for them. That’s not going to cut it for guys like us in their 30s, 40s and 50s. Even more experienced PTs are so used to having the run of the gym floor all you’ll get is a plan that’s completely impractical at the times you can train. Supersetting the barbell bench press with the lat pulldown at 6pm on a Monday night? Yeah, good luck with that.
The Instagram influencer
A few are genetic freaks who build muscle from just looking at a dumbbell, so they’ve never had to figure out the smart way to train. The rest have taken the short cut to success through photo-editing apps or even performance-enhancing compounds. You’ve heard about the Liver King, right?
The professional bodybuilder
They’ve trained for decades, on bucketloads of “special supplements”, to become muscle mutants. They live and breathe what they do and have made sacrifices – not to mention significant health risks – us mere mortals can’t contemplate. The result? They can train arms three times a week without wrecking their elbows; you can’t.
You see the problem? None of these guys are anything like you. And because they’re not like you, they can’t design plans that will work for you.
That’s where I come in.
My real-world workout plan for men like us
My brand new eight-week gym training plan – NBP3 – has been designed for busy men of a certain age with one very specific goal in mind: to make you look and feel fantastic both in and out of your clothes.
There’s only three sessions per week so it’s the perfect plan if you’re always short of time to spend on yourself because of work, family and life responsibilities.
The guys who have joined the NBP club are already reporting fantastic results. Like Darren, from Sheffield, who lost a whopping 2kg in his first 10 days on NBP3. Best of all, he’s not longer craving sugary foods, sleeping much better, and waking up each morning ready to attack the day.
Expert support when you need it most
Darren had a number of questions when he first started NBP, which I was more than happy to answer. Because unlike all other online plans – once you buy it you’re completely on your own – with NBP3 I’m in your corner whenever you need me.
You’ll get on-going help, support and guidance so you can make the fastest-possible progress. And if you’re someone who values the stick more than the carrot, I can be there to hold you accountable to make sure you get it done.
If you want to join Darren and the rest of the NBP3 club there’s no better time because you can still sign up for just £29.99 – that’s a saving of more than 50%!
Yours in fitness,
